Do I have to pay for AccountCare when I don’t have a balance on my account?
You only pay when you have an Account Balance shown on your billing statement. If you pay your Account Balance before the Billing Cycle Closing Date shown on your statement, you will not be charged for AccountCare. Learn more about the optional AccountCare program costs. searscard
Does it cost anything additional to have extra coverage for another authorized user?
AccountCare provides protection for an authorized user at no additional cost. To be eligible, the authorized user must be a spouse or domestic partner, must reside in your household, and must be at least 18 years old.

How can I find out if I am eligible?
AccountCare is available to Sears cardmembers of Citibank who are in good standing as determined by Citibank.
